This visa lets a child outside Australia move to Australia to live with their parents.
Subclass 802 Child visa
This visa allows a child to stay in Australia permanently and live with their parents.
Subclass 870 Sponsored Parent (Temporary) visa
This temporary visa lets a parent of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen visit Australia for up to 3 or 5 years.
Subclass 103 Parent visa
This permanent visa lets a parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen move to Australia.
With this visa you can
- stay in Australia indefinitely
- work in Australia
- study in Australia
- enrol in Australia’s public healthcare scheme, Medicare
- sponsor your family members to come to Australia
- travel to and from Australia for 5 years
- if eligible, attend free English language classes provided by the Adult Migrant English Program
- if eligible, apply for Australian citizenship
Travel to and from Australia for 5 years
You can travel to and from Australia as many times as you want for 5 years from the date we grant this visa. This is as long as the travel facility on this visa remains valid.
If you want to travel after the initial 5-year travel facility:
- you will need to apply for and be granted a Resident Return (RRV) so that you can re-enter Australia as a permanent resident
- you might also want to consider Australian citizenship. If you become an Australian citizen, you don’t require a visa to enter Australia. How long you can stay
This is a permanent visa. It lets you stay in Australia indefinitely.
You become a permanent resident on the day the visa is granted.
For citizenship purposes, your permanent residency starts:
- on the day the visa is granted if you are in Australia
- on the day you enter Australia on this visa if you are outside Australia.
Include family
You can include your dependent child in your application when you apply for the combined temporary and permanent visas.
If you did not include your dependent child in your temporary visa application, you can still add them to your application before we make a decision on your permanent visa application. The child must:
- usually hold a Dependent Child visa (subclass 445) and
- be in Australia

Your children must meet our health requirement. If they are 16 years or older they must also meet our character requirement.
Cost
You paid for this visa when you applied for the combined temporary and permanent partner visas.
You might have to pay other costs such as those for health checks or police certificates.
澳洲家庭團聚簽證
配偶簽證（Subclass 309 和 100）
- 申請人配偶是澳洲的永久居民或公民
- 申請人和伴侶合法結婚，或證明有至少12個月同居關係，即合乎資格申請配偶簽證。
Subclass 309為臨時居民簽證
要求：
- 申請人必須與配偶或事實伴侶建立真正的關係，配偶必須是澳洲公民、澳洲永久居民或符合條件的新西蘭公民；
- 而申請此簽證時，申請人必須身處於在澳洲境外。
持有Subclass 309，對於大多數申請人而言，此簽證可逗留時間為 15 至 24 個月，直到移民局決定申請人的永久簽證（100 類）申請或撤回申請。在一些情況下，包括申請人在申請之前已經建立了長期關係的情況下，申請人可能不會繼續持有 309 簽證或會在授予臨時 309 簽證後立即授予永久居民簽證。

未來婚姻簽證（ Subclass 300）
如果申請人住在澳洲以外，並打算與澳洲公民、永久居民或紐西蘭公民結婚，可以申請未來婚姻簽證。此簽證允許申請人的未婚夫/未婚妻申請在澳洲臨時居留長達9個月舉行婚禮。
父母簽證（ Subclass 103和143）
父母簽證一般分為境外類別與境內類別。
境外類別有排隊類別（ subclass 103）, 等候時間15-20 年;
付費類別為（subclass 143）需繳納移民局 47,825澳元 ( 申請人可分兩期付款： 第一期4,225澳元 ； 第二期43,600 澳元) ,等候時間 4-6 年。
要符合父母移民資格，必須滿足以下要求：
申請人的子女是澳洲公民，澳洲永久居民或已在澳洲定居的紐西蘭公民
至少有一半的子女永久居住在澳洲，或者申請人必須有大部份的子女永久居住在澳洲，其餘少數子女可於其他任何國家定居。
