F-1 Student Visa
The United States welcomes foreign citizens who come to the United States to study. Before applying for a visa, all student visa applicants are required to be accepted and approved by their school or program.
B-1 Domestic Employee Visa
Personal or domestic servants who are accompanying or following an employer to the United States may be eligible for B-1 visas. This category of domestic employees includes, but is not limited to, cooks, butlers, chauffeurs, housemaids, valets, footmen, nannies, mothers’ helpers, gardeners, and paid companions.
J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa
The exchange visitor program’s J visa is designed to promote the interchange of persons, knowledge, and skills in the fields of education, arts, and sciences. Before applying for a visa, all exchange visitor applicants are required to be accepted and approved by an authorized program sponsor.
Abbreviated as BN (O) passport, it is a British National (Overseas) passport, issued on July 1, 1987. The nationality of British National (Overseas) passport holders is British, but they do not have the right of abode in the UK, but they have the right of overseas consular protection.
To study in the UK for more than 6 months, you need to obtain a student visa. The needed application documents and terms for students over 18 and under 18 are different. Student visas can only be applied for within 3 months before the start of the semester and must also depart at the specified time.
BNO 5+1 Visa
Starting from 31st January 2021, the British government provides a special residence visa for Hong Kong holders of BNO or rights holders. OPEN WORK PERMIT
According to Canadian official documents, the Congress is going to provide Hong Kong young people with a new working visa. The visa is proposed to last up to 3 years for students who have just graduated from a Canadian-approved educational institution or overseas post-secondary educational institution within the last five years. However, the document has not not yet specified whether the applicant has an upper age limit.
The spouse, legal partner and dependent children of eligible applicants can also apply for a student visa or work visa.

Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), including Graduate Work Stream and Post-Study Work Stream, allows eligible applicants to work and stay in the local area for short-term work and accumulate points for future naturalization and permanent residency. Under the new measures, these visas can all automatically extend to 5 years of residence period.
